For an international Hotel Chain we are looking for a Food and Beverage Director.

Part of the candidate's major role is to ensure optimum level of standards in all aspects of the food and beverage operations in the hotel.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

* At least 3-5 years relevant experience in a 4*/5* hotel in a similar position.
* Excellent marketing and promotional skills
* Highly driven on stragetegies towards meeting and exceeding the budget
* Strong leadership skills
* Prior Asian experience is a definite advantage.
